I was with my wife and my friends at some kind of restaurant in an unfamiliar place.  My wife went somewhere, and was gone for some time.  I began to worry and got up to look for her.  I ventured outside of the restaurant, and took a right.  I found myself in a dark and creepy ally.  Suddenly out came this evil dog-looking nasty.  I knew I had to escape because this thing looked dangerous.  Instead of running, I used the lucidity that comes to me in these situations to run UP the wall of the building i was next to.  However, I felt this thing approaching quickly, and suddenly felt a strong energetic sensation in my back.  it spread to the rest of my body and I was flying there with energy coarsing through my body. 

It is very hard for me to recall exactly what happened next.  Very shortly after my encounter with this being, I was given a message that it was a vampire neg, one who drains the energy from others for strength.  This leads me to believe that maybe what I was feeling was my energy being taken from me, rather than simply being activated.  However, maybe I am wrong.  Maybe the energy sensations I was having were coming from my etheric body.  It is possible that my energy body became active while I was dreaming and I felt this during my dream.
