Ridding oneself of an unwanted spirit...How?
Sep 26th, 2007 at 5:52pm

Hi Gang,

I know it has been awhile, I have been going through well....stuff happens...you know.

I need some very serious advice on ridding myself of a spirit that will just not let go of me. It is to the point where it is interfering with my physical health. His emotions are literaly making me sick. I have tried everything that I know of and have run out of patience..kindness gets me no where. I give an inch he takes a mile.  He often messes with my chrakas and I feel violated on top of everything else. He refuses a retrival...can this be forced? His name is Mitch Hereld...would someone please help me.

Love to you all, Stacy

Hi Stacy,

Nice to hear from you, except not on that topic. No one needs a pest.

Advice once given me on this problem is to firmly state   "I see you not there!"
That phrase has alot of power because it's been used through the centuries by Buddhists (in other languages), if I recall correctly.

Also, Have you asked for help from Guidance or Higher? This predicament could be allowed by your helping spirits to give you a lesson in the need to acknowledge higher sources of help and information. If you have asked respectfully, firmly and with focus and no help has been given, you might have to experiment with their names until you get a response.

I'll add my thoughts to yours tonight  to see if that gets through to him.

Best wishes, Bets

Hi Bets,

I have missed you.

Interesting point you have made regarding my guidance because I did disrespect them and hurt feelings because I thought I knew what I was doing. I have known this person almost my whole life and never dreamed he could or would become such a pest..I would almost say 'dark'. I have not felt my guidance for a few months now and although I have stated how sorry I am and that I desperatly need their help I still feel no other energy than his. Perhaps this is a lesson and I need to stay 'on bended knee' until help arrives.

Thanks for adding your thoughts to mine, I will accept any good will help that I can get.

Love you, Stacy

Hi there miss daisy,

I'd say Bets is on the right track...perhaps bring in someone else to help you in the physical. What I mean is, a friend, locally, or several.

I would ask your Guidance to lead you to that person or persons, and quickly.

And then start talking to your uninvited "friend" and let him know that reinforcements are on the way, that you won't put up with his presence in this manner anymore.

love, blink Smiley

Hi Daisy you've let yourself get too sensitized to the spirit world, close down your sensors for awhile..don't vibrate in harmony with him, its called a sympathetic vibration he's attracted to. like they said, sense it not there.
just until you feel back in control of the situation. there is a golden rule on the other side; no interference with someone's will by messing with their head or feasting on their emotions. step back, take a deep breath and clean up your house immediately, meaning out with the riff raff, in with the light of PUL. 'nuff's enough. get an attitude, don't challenge him but just let him know it's your privacy, your right to your own thoughts and to be left alone.

ask for assistance what to say if you don't know what to say, but if you tell a spirit be gone in the name of jesus Christ, this one has guides working under him and he answers as thats what happened to me.

love you, stay strong! you have rights you know. alysia

Hey Daisy-

I have used the "seeing him not there" successfully.

I have also seen such spirits as smaller and smaller, and then I put their tiny self into a light proof and very tight bag, and put it into my "box within my box" (energy containment box in Monroe speak), where it is locked away for all time and space. My big bix opens automatically when I come back to C-1, but the little "box within my box" never opens. Once inside, the spirit is captured forever in the Void.

I have had what I experience as an evil energy probing around for some time (someone whose name you would recognize), but I just laugh and say, "Begone! You have no power over me!" It works.

I hopee one of these does work for you. The more you think about it the more it grows (this is the Law of Attraction) even if you do not want it. So (and this sounds so stupid), don't think about it.

It really does have no power over you, you know.

Hello.

My tip is to envision yourself in an eggshell of gold light. That ought to do it. If you can go to what monroe dubbed Focus 27, you can read about gold light in the library there.

Greetings Volu, and Welcome!

Effective and beautiful concept!

You seem to have already had the TMI training, so I know there are many many here who will welcome your comments and insights. Have you done any retirievals yet that you would be willing to share with us?

Bets

yes, Volu, welcome comment. I forgot to mention how that works to Daisy, so glad you reminded us, I was told many years ago about the protective barriar, to envision works quite nicely, gold or white was a choice.

haven't heard from Daisy again, hope she is doing ok. love, alysia

In what Monroe called the Preparatory Process, one creates a resonant enery ballon, a REBALL, of energy and protection before starting any process, even just meditating on Focus 10 (Mind Awake, Body Asleep i More speak).

It involves visualizing your body in a ball of golden energy, He describes it as a channel of energy and light coming up the spine and out the crown chakra, circling around and reentering your base chakra or through your feet, forming a TORUS shape (looks like a fat doughnut). Barbara Brennan (the healer-teacher) and other healing techniques call this the 7th layer, and it is often described as eggshell-like. It is you, as orb.

And for you New Age folks, we used to ask Archangel Michael to protect us with his golden cloak and sword of Truth and Justice. IT is some very powerful protection.

And then, when it happened to me, I stood and said, simply, "Be gone. You have no power over me!" And so it is. It worked fine.

Love and Light,

Thomas

Bets,
I'm familiar with the Journey triology by R. Monroe, which I enjoy, but no TMI training. Retrievals isn't really my area, but I wanted to mention the gold light protection. Another protection I know of is black tourmaline. I wear one in my left pocket. Works for me.

LaffingRain,
Using white or black light is for me a polarity stance, and a beacon for the opposite polarity to
either try to save or destroy, while gold light dispels them both. I try my best not to be caught up in the polarities, but I sure do. I find it easier to slip into light polarity than dark, but again, for me; no matter what polarity, it's a control issue nevertheless. Try using a word that rhymes with duck and see what happens. Grin It's a big no-no in the land of unconditional love.

tgecks,
The Preparatory Process you describe sounds really good.

I wouldn't ask any astral thought-forms for anything, but that's me.  Wink

daiseymae,
"He refuses a retrival...can this be forced?"

I can understand good intentions, but if someone doesn't want help, that's it. So, my guess is that this spirit sees you as an unwanted spirit, and wants to be left alone. Force in this case sounds controlling to me.
