a retreival request
Sep 18th, 2007 at 3:19am

Hello everyone - I've been reading the posts on these boards and elsewhere on the website. I'm very interested in what's being discussed, always have been but haven't had occasion to investigate further, until now. I apologize for requesting advice upon my first post, however I'm compelled to ask because I'm very worried that my daughter may be stuck.

She died suddenly after a very short illness, and neither me or my husband had a chance to speak with her before she slipped into a coma. The thought of her alone and scared or lost absolutely terrifies me. I don't know where to turn in my community - can anyone offer me guideance? I would appreciate it so much.

I look forward to learning more about retreival and consciousness - thank you for your time.

Candace

Hi Alysia - thanks so much for your response; you're very kind and I appreciate the contact so much. I tired to upload a photo, but it doesn't seem to be working - I'll try again another time.

I hope these details can help you in finding my daugher's energy signature. Her name is Elan and she was three years old on June 26th. She was born in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada and was the very picture of a healthy, unbelievably well loved little girl. She has beautiful strawberry blonde curly hair and piercing blue eyes. Her nickname is Muffet. She died on July 27th.

Alysia, if you need more details, I'll certainly tell you what I can - we still don't have a definitive diagnosis. These days are incredibly difficult - I am very grateful for your help. Thank you -
Candace

Alysia, as an afterthought, I've been reading a lot about helpers during retrievals, and I thought I'd let you know that Elan's four great grandparents may be available. They are: Catherine and Frank, and Lena and Isaac.

For what that's worth - and thanks once again.

ok I'll see what I can get, may take a few days or so, never sure about these explorations what will develop if anything. however when you mentioned these grandparents I did see them swooping in even before her departure date as they already knew what would happen. a lot of love was there; love is what makes the spirit find its way. I take it you don't know what happened with her? so I have something now to focus on. I hope to sooth your stress. love, alysia

Hi Alysia - thanks so much for your time and effort. Before I continue, I want to ensure this discussion is appropriate for this section of the conversation board, and I hope you'll advise if another area or PMing makes more sense - thanks so much.

Your feeling of Elan's great-grandparents energy/love is comforting and sad at the same time. And you're right, we're still without answers on what she became ill with or how she became ill; we do know her brainstem swelled very quickly, restricting bloodflow to the rest of her brain. We didn't get a chance to say goodbye while she was conscious, and she's only three and I'm so worried about where she is and who she's with.

I'm grateful for your help, and appreciate anything you, or others, can share. Thanks so much.

Hi Candace, yes this the appropriate thread, the Retrievals thread. I'm still working on going out for more info but I picked up that there was an agreement on higher levels before you and she incarnated to this life that this was an agreement the entire family was involved in, her early departure  as there are always reasons why accidental deaths occur on higher levels and the grief must be felt before the truth is known.

I saw her as an advanced soul, her new life as Elan is a new consciousness being/probe and continues the growth process on the other side in a childcare facility controlled by the mother beings who are exceptional at their work. Elan, as an extention of her beautiful soul pattern has been put into the comparable 6 year old grouping as she is that quick in her mental. (linear time is for us here, but in the spirit world time passing is much different.) Elan appeared a little miffed as I approached to hug her; broke from my arms and showed me she would be determined to be her own person and she danced a little dance; she seems a very independent child, even strong willed and said although she would have wanted to stay with you if she'd had a choice, her soul wisdom and that agreement yanked her out at the proper time. Unity will occur with all family members later on.

any love you send out to her she progresses on your love as all those passed surely do; it is easier for us to send love thoughts then it is for them to send to us, not to worry for them, it is us who do the hard work when they leave us, but be assured we can contact them when the grief is worked through to the knowledge of their living presence within the other dimension nonphysical.
as usual, I find all children I meet on the other side fascinating, but I can see how much you love her and why.

my heart goes out to you. keep strong, and remember the PUL is whats a powerful energy and she will receive it because the bond is NEVER broken, what is love.

Hi Candace, I tried to have a look:

There was a man and a woman, and a little child between them, holding hands. I sent to them that there is someone I know as Candace who would like to have a message how her child is. The woman said "She don't have to be concerned".
I focused on the woman at the left, and asked if she could give a sign to bring back for identification. I then saw a pen; I waited and thought, maybe this pen is going to write something? It did then, there was a papersheet, and at the right bottom corner it drew a big heart symbol, and to the right of the heart "With Love, Cathy." Somewhere to the upper left of the papersheet was another simple drawing, I think it was a butterfly.
Then I turned to the man to the right and asked him of something to identify him. To my surprise a rifle pointed at me, then turned, so that I could clearly identify it as a long rifle, like a hunter's rifle.
I looked at the child, which seemed amused and excited and lively, curious about what was happening. She told me something of many toys or many possiblities to have fun where she lives now.

Hi Spooky, Catherine is Elan's grandmother's name. when I went out I wanted to call her Cathy too. I thought that it was maybe too informal, but since u picked up Cathy too..maybe not.

one more thing about the things to play with, I think I was getting the same hit, but I didn't mention this playground I saw, like a jungle jim surrounding because I didn't think it was important.
well for what its worth Candace, there u have it so far. love, alysia

Hi everyone - and thanks very much, Alysia and Spooky. With your efforts I've had some small measure of relief/comfort wash over me; I can't tell you how grateful I am to you. I imagine it's quite an energy expediture and possible a chunk of time involved to do this work, and I'm appreciative of your willingness to help a sad Mom.

The notion of my Gramma (Elan's great-gramma) going by Cathy is amusing - perhaps she's become less traditional in her spirit world. Smiley Butterflies resonates with me too - it was a favorite game to play, Elan flapping her arms and running around the kitchen island endlessly, and taking us to her butterflly "house" (the door mat).

Spooky, I'm so sorry about the rifle incident! That's a puzzler; I'll have to ask my Dad if his Dad, if that's who it was, had a rifle, though why he'd have it handy is odd to me. The toys/jungle gym fit well.

Tonight my husband awoke after dreaming that Elan either told him or indicated somehow that she was okay - I didn't get the whole story yet. I was interested that he'd had that dream relatively soon after your contacts with her spirit.

Did you happen to notice what Elan was wearing? I'm curious because she was just beginning to insist on choosing her own clothes in the morning - sometimes fun, sometimes not so much. Please, let me know if you discover anything further - thanks.

I am very interested to learn how to make these connections. I noticed Bruce has a new book/CD offering - can't wait for him to get settled in his new home.

Thanks again, to both of you and to everyone on the boards.

With gratitude,
Candace

I couldn't tell what she was wearing Candace, seemed to be a dress. my images are not clearly defined out there. was she a very energetic child? this came across strongly as a trait. I think u may have given her the freedom to be strong and express herself this way, thats the mark of a good mother.
I was touched about the butterfly mat. how cute! she is like that for sure. I hope the dream message soothes your husband, if he can just open up to it.

Spooky if I may interpret or try to, the rifle. can be a symbol the great grandfather is a protective spirit, and showed you the rifle either that it was meant to be identification of his collection, or that he showed you that he is protecting Elan and has the "guns" to do it. it gets weird out there folks with the symbols we get sometimes, so easy to not know how to handle them.
I'm thinking though if we keep this up, we may bet better at verifiable hits, but if Candace felt a small bit of comfort wash over her, I would say we did our job ok.

so anyhoo, heres a link to how to make contact Candace on your own: I did this exercise once to contact my grandmother who was hanging about my mother at the time so I knew she was there, and in short, it's a powerful method that works, if you can proceed with trusting it will.
(Bruce will say trust always the first issue) http://www.afterlife-knowledge.com/contact.html

Hi Alysia and Spooky. Yes, Elan was quite partial to dresses, was wearing one the day her spirit left and dressed her in her favorite "party dress" for her funeral. We displayed a few things, including favorite dresses, at church so people who didn't know her well could get a peek at who she was. If you want to see a picture of her, I have a page on Facebook - Candace Toews - in one she's wearing her princess dress. She loved being a princess.

She had amazing energy, you're right! We played all kinds of made-up games, and just watching her play by herself was enormously amusing. Thanks for the kind parenting words. I think she gets the energetic streak from my husband's mother's side, she's feisty.

Thank you both - I hope to learn how to do this myself (thanks for the encouragement!), but I can't express my gratitude enough. I hope to return the favor sometime.

All the best-
Candace
