Faked Moon Landing
Aug 14th, 2007 at 12:20pm

Last night I had quite an odd dream.  I was wondering if someone could help me with any possible symbolism.  In my dream, I was an astronaut.  We were attempting a moon landing.

I was in the space shuttle traveling through space.  Finally, we made it.. we landed on the moon.  I got out of the shuttle with the other astronauts.

We said to eachother... wait... this isn't the moon.  There were obvious signs that we were not on the moon at all.  Instead, we were in a large room that was designed to look like the moon.  We all knew that there was a huge conspiracy going on.

We launched off again, and to prove we weren't on the moon, I didn't get back into the shuttle.  Instead, I remained on top of it.  I was holding onto the shuttle as it was flying through space.  The people in charge of the fake mission saw what I was doing on the cameras that were on the shuttle, and knew I had discovered that this was a bogus opperation.  They wanted me dead.  Suddenly the ship started freefalling and making crazy turns and manuevers in an attempt to kill me.  I felt as if I was speeding through a black void, it was actually quite fun.

I dont remember much after that.  It was quite an interesting dream, thoughts / comments por favor...

Dude:

I don't know, but the obvious interpretation is that you're being misled in some way.  I first thought you were being told that some of your out of body experiences are simulations created by your guidance rather than actual voyages, but then, what is the huge conspiracy about, and why would the planners of the mission want you dead? Perhaps you were being told that some alien encounters weren't real.

Perhaps you can ask for a dream that tells you if somebody/something is misleading you.

P.S. Going by the photo, it looks like you got married. Congratulations. Smiley

hi Dude. I'd say you're on a quest to find out what is real and what is not. conspiracy may stand for an allusion. even our C1 is full of allusions, so looks like you're being or developing a discernment ability. like Bulman would say "clarity now!"

when I'm obe, in the past I check to see if people are real by touching them, lol, as if that proves I'm in reality! right!
but any act of clarity when obe seems to bring lucidity, and that can't be wrong.
since it was fun, it didn't bother you that someone was trying to make you dead, it seems you already know, you can't die, so u seem to carry this knowledge with you.
so you allow yourself to have fun with it and thats good.

I'd say seeing yourself as an astronaut is the same as me calling myself a night flyer which I picked up from a friend that language. it has to do with obe or outer space or inner space both.

many obers will say you are doing the right thing to ask questions during these trips as it at least causes you to test the situation and a chance to get more lucid and get more info, satisfy your curiosity.

well just some thoughts. sounds like fun though. Smiley

Very interesting because,

The original magnetic tape recordings and data of the landing have mysteriously disappeared from the archives, preventing researchers from authenticating the film with current technology.

Here’s a link regarding the Apollo 11 tapes of 38 years ago, although the excuse they use for request of the data is for reproduction onto current media forms.

http://www.nasa.gov/mission_pages/apollo/apollo_tapes.html

There was a film made, I think it was called ‘Apollo 11’ (or 13), which depicted how the landing was fake. Similar to your dream, there was a huge shed in a remote location setup like a movie set to film a landing, the astronauts escaped into the desert and they hunted them down -  one did escape!

Your dream may be a ‘past-time’ clairvoyant episode, although with shades of your own. The shuttle replacing the original lunar module, given the shuttle is our current image of space travel. I like that - staying on top of the craft - awesome ride?

I doubt they ever did get to the moon, considering it was 38 years ago and we haven’t been back since, given our advance in technology. More likely the ego in it’s race against Russia at the time.

wow thanks for that Chap. I always thought the reason we didn't return was it cost too much, then there was that blow up and loss of lives that time upon lift off.

I wonder if this was Dude returning to the past? possible. I do wonder also that if we circled the Earth, or at least a monkey did, maybe the Russians did, if we cirlcled around, why it would not be possible to land on the moon. possibly we could bring back some cheese Cheesy

moon cheese ... hahaha

Expensive cheese. Much prefer our chedda.

If the landing was true, it is astounding that they could loose the recordings.

One of the worlds most famous act in all history, plenty of the typical pictures but no original data. Hmmmmm

I guess the movie chapster123 meant is "Capricorn One", it's about the first Mars mission, but it's clear it refers to the doubts about the moon landing.

At least, in the dream Dude was able to notice the fake, and didn't want to continue being involved in it- that's a true explorers' mind manner. And he even had some fun then in space.

Yes, astronauts, or deep sea divers and such are likely to be symbols for a trip into a foreign region.

not to be contrary but... Cool  I think the records were stolen..probably a spy. (I got this from TV  Smiley  the reason being the aliens think we are not ready for outer space as we like to have wars and we would just continue our bad behavior on other planets should we get there..so sounds like a perfect reason to steal the records.

the reason is I think it's a cover up after the fact. like what happened in Roswell. since I lived in Roswell I found first hand info of the cover up by reading the original newspapers; or I should say I was reading between the lines. theres more attached to a word written down then what people think. They had to cover up the incident because they thought it would cause panic. but someday we have to face we're not the only ones in the universe.

Dude, I do not mean to be disrespectful in any way BUT NEXT TIME YOU DO THE MOON DREAM, ASK ME TO COME ALONG PLS!

That sounded like a wonderful trip into the astral planes for sure. I would have to guess since I am not a qualified dream expert and I don`t want to do any guess work okay. But I wanted to thank you for sharing that dream with us. I had one heck of a ride! Especialy the swirly part  Smiley

Have a great day!

This post isn't about the dream/projection experience OutOfBodyDude had, but rather, the title of the thread "Faked Moon Landing" caught my eye, and in case some of you missed this charming little video...
