China tells Tibetans to apply reincarnation permit

BEIJING (AFP) - - Tibetan living Buddhas are no longer allowed to be reincarnated without permission from the atheist Chinese government, state media reported Friday.

The new rules are "an important move to institutionalise the management of reincarnation of living Buddhas," the Xinhua news agency said.

According to the regulations, which take effect on September 1, all reincarnation applications must be submitted to religious affairs officials for approval, Xinhua said.

In this case, the fear not so much of the spiritual capabilities of the Tibetans, but rather fear/false-wants of political power and control over the Tibetans.

Hello there!

If it would be possible for them to achieve this goal, Tibet would be immediately under their full control, as the reincarnations of Buddha (like the 14., as well as the following, but I am not sure if the Dalai Lama will be able to achieve his goal of a democratic Tibet) are like "god-kings" (maybe you could compare it to the pharaohs of egypt, the principle might be the same...).

Communist Party, lol... they exploit the farmers and workers, that are thought to be the base of a communist society more than every "capitalistic" western country would ever think about doing it

.

But one shall not wonder, if you do internet reasearch for "freedom" (in China), you'll get investigated by their secret service (no hoax, I have seen it on a german documentary channel called phoenix, a camera team traveled there and filmed a victims everyday life, that dared to search for freedom outside of the cp dogma).

But that would also mean another exile government, or I am maybe misinformed about the Dalai Lama being automatically the head of Tibet.
