Essentially this website presents efficient and comprehensive yoga lessons which are the synthesis of one man's 30-year experience in this spiritual field.  The lessons are free and so is the forum.  Of course, this is not yoga in the way it has been co-opted in the west (which primarily revolve around asanas/postures).  These lessons are all-encompassing and purportedly present the techniques to realize the truth for oneself - enlightenment!

Thank you for the information. I am a Sivananda yoga teacher which is all-encompassing on the Raja Yoga path, so, that interests me greatly.
