The night before the video of the British female naval officer being held captive in Iran was broadcast I had a vivid dream during an evening nap --- that I was a female hostage. The man sitting in a position above me had a bottle in his hand. I wanted a drink from it and I was trying to placate him. He seemed to be taunting me in some way.  There were others with me.  I told someone about my dream later and he said I shouldn't pay too much attention to it. However, the next day (yesterday) the female hostage video was released on the news.

Last night I had a dream that I was in a house with a couple and there was a tornado coming. I was talking to them and looking for a safe room for us all.  I occasionally have dreams of being in buildings with tornados coming so I don't put much stock in them.  However, the report on the news this morning showed that tornados did move through Texas and Oklahoma (relatively near where I live) last night.  Two single people were killed in their homes.  One couple's home was destroyed and they were both killed.

I am not saying these were precognitive dreams, but they were worth paying attention to. There was an additional synchronous event yesterday during my day's activities. I will not mention it here.

I just feel very very connected right now.  Anyway, I could just put these in my journal, but I enjoy writing about my life here on this forum. So anyone who is interested or has similar occurrences...well, you're not alone.  I don't know why we have these kinds of dreams, but to me it just reinforces how connected we all are.
