Flying Dreams
Mar 6th, 2007 at 11:30am

I have started to have Flying dreams the last year. I love them! The last one I had was so way up in the sky and I was over the Oceon but I got Scared incase I fell in, the dream then took me away from the Sea and put me on safe ground . I then was Chatting to my Dead Sister-in-law and she looked very ell and Smartly Dressed (She was a Scruff when she was here on earth)

She commented how she looked nice and did I agree, in life she had Stomach problems and had a Large Belly but in the dream it had all gone and was nice and flat ....I said Goodbye and flew off gain, the feeling of flying is Fantastic and i Love it when it happens.

Any idea's on this dream Guys?

Hi Goldy - I'm one of those viewers.  Sometimes it's difficult to interpret a dream when there is not enough information.  Other times the symbolism jumps out at you.  I know in Jungian dream analysis that flying dreams are often considered as warnings or dangerous - if you're flying you can crash.  I suspect that Jung's thoughts here were developed before flying became a primary means of traveling, so a flying dream is not necessarily a bad thing.  I've had flying dreams that are warnings and other ones that seem fun and enjoyable (as you seem to indicate yours are).  You indicated you were scared so possibly there's a warning involved.  However, the good thing is you were protected in the dream.  Somehow it involves your sister in law but fortunately she seems to have overcome some of the problems she had when she was alive.  Not really a lot to go on.

Hi Again - One possibility is that you had an OBE experience and maybe you met up with your sister-in-law.  I don't know much about OBEs.

hello Goldie and sister fairy...yes I've been a frequent flyer and it's a great feeling of being a free spirit. ...

have also met the deceased within dream and had the intention to meet these family members to see how they were getting on, within the spirit realms. Most of them are quite happy with their situation and all of them will appear younger and healthier, or as they wish to apear for your recognition. Most of my relatives have a message of good cheer, to say about their work, or their progress on their own self. and so I believe this was a genuine meeting for you with your relative and thank god we can lose our belly fat on the other side easier than on this side it seems!

one of my early flying dreams I used to flap my arm very fast before I could lift off. I believe I met my brother while doing this out there; I was trying to get away from him. I had carried some bad feelings into adulthood and portrayed them in a dream, that he wished to hit me again as in days of old. as I flapped my arms furiously I barely rose but a few feet from him. suddenly he said "I would never ever hurt you." and I believed him then, that I dealt with my own fear. so we can get messages from others out there.

I love meeting a kindred spirit! love, alysia
