picked him up

I don't know if this was a retrieval or not.

I was meditating last night and not really intending anything in particular. I saw a boy (?) sitting in the middle of dark space, sitting cross-legged, looking down. Seemed to have short, dark hair.  I felt a dejected feeling. I went over and tried to talk to him, assuming it was a him (looked about 12 or so (?)).  This did not seem to be a young child but yet not a young man either.

He wouldn't respond to me at all. I felt no movement at all from him. I decided maybe this was a retrieval. It just didn't feel so good right there. So I actually picked him up in my arms and flew away with him somewhere.  I have no idea where I went. The vision faded after that.

Greetings blink,

Since you held him within your aura and carried him away, it seems like you provided the necessary link to helpers. If they had you fade out before they picked him up, they must have had a reason.

Could you tell by his clothes how long he'd been there?  He sounds like he must have had no hope left.

Congratulations! You got him, I believe.

He seemed simply dressed, like just a white t shirt and maybe shorts because I could see his bare legs crossed. No impression of shoes at all.  I did not get the feeling he'd been there a long time because he seemed to be in a type of modern clothing, but I don't know. Seemed just plain dark short hair, not long, not close cut in an extreme style of any kind.  Just simplicity.

Hi, Blink..I'm just now reading this..

As I read, I kept thinking BJ..my husband's grandson.  While he was older (I thought 23, but really 24), in his mind/perception/projection he may have appeared younger.

Not sure, just the "feeling" I got from reading this..

Hi Shirley,

I hope it was him, Shirley. My description is as I experienced it.  I believe that I perceived him as around teenage years initially because he appeared small when I first viewed him from a distance.

But when I picked him up he did not feel like a child, but not like an adult.  It was very fast.  I suppose I need to ask "the guides that be" to slow things down for me so that I can remember them better because I often feel like I'm in a movie that skips frames so that my perceptions are like swooping, fast moving picture frames.

I have to go with how I immediately record what happened. If I try to go back I begin second-guessing myself.

My immediate record after the meditation indicates that I did perceive this person as of that inbetween age between child and adolescent, and that I tried to talk to him. When I picked him up he was not bigger than me but seemed somewhat smaller, and I remember his bare legs hanging over my left arm. The fact that I felt confident picking him up in this manner makes me feel that my impression of his age/size or "perception of self" was as described.

Much love to you and yours and I hope you all are doing better.
