Why does it burn

Last night I had a dream which I have had many times before. In the dream, I had to go pee really bad. So I started to go, but it burned reeaaally bad. Usually I can not feel pain in dreams, but in this case I could. It felt like glass was coming out. I have had dreams in which this occurs many times before. It always burns really bad. One time tobacco came out instead of pee. It felt terrible. What could be the reason for this?

Or maybe all you need to do is drink cranberry juice for a few days to clean your system. The body knows what it needs if we listen, sounds to me like you do. I think I'm going to follow your suggestion and head over to the doctors. This is the second time someone gave me that advice, and when I read what you wrote I thought... Duh! Haha. Really? I always feel pain in my dreams.. IF, I get tackled I feel it or if I get attacked I feel the pain of getting tackled or hit.

Yeah, I think it is because I imagine the pain will occur. So, you are right I should just realize it's just a dream and I will have no pain.
