I know there is a lot of information here to digest. I found that Wikpedia.com is good for quick reference for terms you don't fully understand.

You will also find a wealth of information in the newsletter arcive. You will find exercises for "Gathering Energy, Feeling Love, Projecting love, and the Power of Placing Intent", just to name a few. I found this to be very helpful in understanding the concepts. Just look around and you will find what your looking for.
