Hi friends!

I just got back from my cruise a few days ago and thought I'd give a hello to everyone.  Anyone miss me?  What?  No one even knew I was gone? 

Just kidding.   

The cruise was incredible!  It was put on by my band Barenaked Ladies.  I saw at least 15 concerts on the ship, among doing other activities.  These guys were pretty incredible for doing all this.  It was great to get away from Colorado's low temps and weekly blizzards too. 

I'm beat though.  Never been so exhausted in all my life.  And it took 3 days for the disorientation of the motion of the ship to wear off.  But I'm doing it again next January! 

The last show they put on was a 4-hour jam session along with The New Odds and Guster (not sure who else was there), with them playing the Beatles, Johnny Cash, Elton John, Queen, and tons of 60's and 80s stuff, and lots of other genres/artists.  It was pretty cool.

You are all very sweet, and yes I missed each and every one of you.  Believe me, it was quite hard to be away from email and the internet for a whole week!
