For Vanayssa, about my sister
Jan 22nd, 2007 at 2:14pm

Hi Vanayssa, you asked me about my sister who is working in the animal kingdom on the other side. this is not a real retrieval but more of a talk I had with her.

I'ts a little curious, but as I started doing retrievals, suddenly everything became like a retrieval even if it was just chatting with the dead. It settled things in the heart. if you do retrievals you can listen to your heart to see if it's real.
a little weight may lift off the heart area, sometimes subtle but still if you feel an issue is settled, you can continue what you're doing without so many doubts getting in the way, as we work with the emotions a lot here in this retrieval business and sometimes its not even your emotion being shown but another's.

back to sis; she died pretty young, around 38 or so. I wasn't doing retrievals at the time. She in life worked with horses, loved horses so much, while I liked the smaller animals I can put on my lap.
she had the apaloosas, she won numerous trophies and she was also queen of the powder puff derby..I was not follow in her footsteps as much as I admired her; at 16 I rammed my car into the fence in the powder puff, got my bumper stuck on the fence and found out how much I like to make people laff as the whole stadium responded jubilantly as I attempted disengagement from this fence Lips Sealed whoops! off track but it was soooo funny!!

so mostly it was horses she loved. one day she came to me, I didn't go to her. She actually came to me twice after she died. I didn't go to her as she had disowned me a long time ago, so it was like her karma, not mine to come and straighten out our relationship. we sort of tried to get back on track with each other the 2nd time she visited me as a spirit. we made some progress to mend things. then before she left I thought to inquire what she was up to...I always wanted to know what dead people do all day...lol....just didn't know.   she told me she attended abused horses restoring their sense of liveliness and proudness, you know a horse is a very proud and powerful creature, but when they are abused it is very sad as they become very nervous and cease to trust humans at that point, no matter how good hearted the human may be that is sent to re-train them into the brilliant servants for man that they are.

as u can see I watched Horse Whisperer, and its so true.
well Joan is undoing the damage that was done by humans as our animals evolve on the other side just as we can.
Joan seemed to have the attitude that it was a thankless and tedious task to recondition the horses to trust again, but that if anyone could do it, she was the one.
I said I was proud of her and I was. her love was very deep for these creatures, but sometimes her husband would abuse them, as he couldn't control them like she could, and he was a little jealous that she could. she loved her husband too, so sometimes she would look the other way when he abused them and sometimes she would try to teach him the right way to handle them but she was torn.
she said that she wished she had been firmer with her husband and she undid now the wrong that was inflicted on the beasts. I never saw him hit the horses, so I don't know what happened, but I did see him yell and jerk the reins a lot, losing his temper, so it's possible I don't even know the half of it.

so thats the afterlife situation, as above, so below.

Thanks so much, laffingrain, for the info on your sister. Our sibling relationships are hard to understand and it always surprises me when others have the same problems I do with mine! It was great to read about her work in the AL with animals, that helps me feel that what I saw with my bro is actually REAL...I had (of course) thought I had made it all up. Just off subject but interesting I guess, is when I was at TMI doing Gateway back in 2000 one of the things I saw in the darkness of the CHEC unit was one of the "greys". Have you ever seen them? A great many people see the greys. They are like people, but I guess from somewhere else in the galaxies...tall and slender, at least the ones I have heard about and seen, and bald heads...hairless people. I think when we see them we maybe aren't seeing clearly or all the details but anyway, I was attempting to enter the AL while in my CHEC unit that day and as I entered these buildings, I passed a desk at which sat a grey, who looked at me very bored...they always know when students are incoming it seems. Others also saw them and sometimes at home when meditating I would see one taking note of me in passing...I just don't understand how all this is laid out, I mean it must be layers of reality or something. Although Bob Monroe and Bruce Moen both talk about the visitors who are watching earth's events unfold (from a safe distance, it sounds like). So maybe they are assisting in the AL as part of our development. But then I wonder exactly how The Park fists in to everything. Like, where is your sister, working with horses? Is she in that place called The Park or is she somewhere else? Maybe she has met my bro. I don't know how it all fits together. I need to start reading more books that are more recently published. I haven't read this kind of material for a while and all my copies of Bruce's books are lent out to people. I haven't read Curiosity's father yet though. I wonder if Bruce offers a suggested reading list anywhere? I must take a look around the site.  Anyway. Have a great day! Vanayssa

I'm not Vanayssa but thanks for the book recommendation Alysia.  I just ordered it from the library.  I find reading books on the topics we discuss here helps me get into a more receptive frame of mind.
