and lower blood pressure. this in the beginning of Far Journeys. I'm only on page 20 and falling out of my chair. If you want to have a tool to help you heal what ever's bothering you I think this is worth a read. hemi sync is balancing the left hemisphere to the right hemisphere of the brain, most of our society is left brained. most of our good leaders have use of both sides of the brain in sync.
more research is required but so far what I've read goes along with my beliefs that there is a balance required within the brain which can expand our minds for maximum velocity..etc..love, alysia
