My Experiment
Oct 20th, 2006 at 12:52pm

I tested the going into the cave snenario suggested and finding the way out, then finding your totem animal seeking your guide exercise, and here's how it went.

As I was laying down end of day visualized cave went in past a little obstruction left of my head turning left saw a princely chair ornate gold and red velvet, with a note in it face down, didn't pick it up didn't know who it was for. Then took another path out into brightness seemed to be a jungle, the path right was rarely used, left was clearer along a rock wall, went to end waterfall overlook. I thought and how am I going to go down to the base I saw the area I wanted, and instantly was there teleported looking back up I thought much better than real life struggles. Then the idea came so where's my animal, and out came a dual role primate first as a chimp then a gorilla. Afterward we were beside a ravine swung effortlessly across into a tree with a dark structure and in it beads of strung lights like from one source flowing, at that point no guide I fell asleep in a blink, and slept deeper very quickly. Total time might of been 7 - 10 minutes.

My thoughts are the experience triggered sleep response by habit, from dreamlike presleeping intent to my subcon, my body believed it should already be sleeping to be in that state and put me deeper theta then delta more rapidly into sleep from the thoughtforms.

No conclusion to the rest as far as relationships or meanings beyond just a enjoyable experience.

Greetings Jett,  Smiley
I guess since you didn't need to ask any questions, no one senses a need for an answer. You're certainly on the right track for 'removing the veil' between C1 conscious life and spiritual 'after'life---congratulations!

wow Jett, that was kind of neat experience. maybe the chimp/gorilla is your guide or totem animal to say your spiritual nature is able to swing out easily. guides are usually in disguise a lot. do read notes on chairs if u can. the ornate chair is also related to you somehow just as the jungle is. it looks like you're advancing into an overview with the swinging and with the experiment. you're blinking out seems normal and sometimes we do this as we are absorbing more spiritual info than the brain can accomodate, my opinion, as an excuse to fall asleep, perhaps Cheesy  u may get more info on this rote in the days ahead. seems like a lot. love, alysia

Well that makes sense I'm empathic and bi-locate about everyday in practice sessions. Are you saying try to see the period of the chair, what kind of notes are there about chairs in these experiences where are they found ? It seemed a bit to fancy for me to even go near, from a palace I'd imagine surely. I never heard of a gorilla or chimp as a totem what culture would that be ?

Maybe I will try again tonight, the 2nd round it was like my brain said no your not fooling me into sleep mode again, and refused, lol.

oh I'm sorry I didn't explain what I was thinking..I've been handed notes in explorations, had them thrown at me as they drop to the floor, had them laid on my desk by a hand. sometimes we can read the note, sometimes not. sometimes a whole bunch of words are there to read yet when waking up all you remember is one word. but thats better than not remembering any words.
when I saw you had noticed a note, I wanted u to read what was on it. chances are that as the experience unfolded however, the contents of the note might have been similar to the contents of the experience, if there was some information in it you could use to your benefit.
