A little something about retrievals
Oct 1st, 2006 at 11:24pm

something I wrote in 2003 about retrievals for those wishing to understand human consciousness regarding retrievals, my pov only.

the stuck energy is found in physical body as well, even more so than on the 2nd layer or focus' 23 through 27. the 2nd layer is most often thought of as an astral plane closest to earth density reality. if the recently departed has developed no paradigm for what death looks like, he can remain within an area of consciousness wherein most of his attention was focused while on earth as this was his identification. if all his attention was focused on surviving, here he will enact the scene of death through thinking "I must stay alive." his attention remains here, not for eternity as in our terms, but in an eternally now moment. he is not cognizant of possibilities for moving beyond this belief structure as he has not given attention to building a paradigm as concerning afterlife or a future existance in a dis-embodied state. he does not perceive helpers of an invisable nature who may be attempting to persuade him from his attention in all cases. he can see those who are still in physical form as they are vibrating at a closer frequency to his own and these, called retrievers in this time period, yet this is an ancient occupation; are able to get his attention,  if only for a brief moment, he can be distracted from the circumstances of his demise, his attention is at once focused on the possibilities, a link to cognitive thinking and the creative material begins to fade away that is his own creation of the circumstances of his death directly in association with his re-focus on the retriever, who transfers this attention to others who work in this realm. this is a clinical definition only and the energy of PUL is inherently one and the same value which permeates the entire universe in which you move and have your being. this analysis started out with by terming "recovering grace." it is by the grace of God you live, but to fully realize this, is to "live" here no more. you have never left the heart of God.

Romain.  we've been talking about grace on Linn's forum when I remembered I wrote something about grace in 2003. it felt channelled by dead preacher, my sidekick.
just can't talk enough about grace I guess. its like when it comes all your karma, karma that you think you had but didn't, or karma you really had but weren't admitting it, whatever was wrong, felt wrong, is wiped out by grace, as you know you didn't do anything to deserve it, to feel that lifted up by something..grace we can call the holy spirit, I don't have a better term and this is what ACIM calls it. I like to call it the whole spirit as its not broken up with thoughts in the way, more of an experience. I think everybody knows what it is when they feel it, or had an instance in their life, maybe several, where everything just fell into place slightly differently than you had imagined but it was better that it did.
so when the rain falls, DP says laugh, it makes things grow Smiley
thanks for you light Romain. here u r: ...

Whole spirit not broken..i like that, and yes i'm sure we had those moments more than once when we feel completely fullfill.
It could be that some of those soul lost in BST, have lost some of it, yeah they did..and that's when they need retreivers with the help of guides to get them out. There're probally all scattered all over, with their thought/action/feelings/lost etc. hummm thoughts/thoughts.

When it rains..laugh, it's a bit hard but  yes..how many time have you stand in the warm summer rain and letting the rain completely soak your body....lol..done it a few time, and it felt great, you fell like the rain completely wash you of all those negative energies/feellings, just stand there and relax..it's a great feeling.
It remind me of the waterfall meditation of Frank DeMarco, nice exercise. try it once under a waterfall here in bc, to make it more real..ohhh..god was it cold..did not think twice about it and just ran for it and stand under it...the water was from a lake on top of the mountain, soooo was very cold, but after a while got acclimaitezed, and when i came out of it ...what a feeling it was, everything was so clean, felt the air around me,the forest, energies all around, almost like if i was propelled into a differnent dimemsion..my vision was clearer too, i could see flikers of energies around everything even my friend who was with me and was thinking that i lost my marbels...lol..but it was fun..

With love Alyia

yea Romain we can use the elements of the earth to spiritually grow and get refreshed mentally at the same time. earth, the dirt..love the soil. fire, hynotizes me with its dancing, takes me somewhere else...water washes away the thoughts we don't need and we are made of mostly water in the body, air, we can use the 3 deep breaths for meditation. I always think how we wanted to be here as spirit.  well, talk later. lol, we need to go get a smog test Lips Sealed

Greetings,
Romain's under the icy waterfall experience reminded me that I read that the Czar's and other royal families of that time used to practice that too, no hot water allowed in the shower. Perhaps it's an ages-old method of refocussing that got overlooked when indoor plumbing wooed us into a new comfort zone.  Wink
As soon as I can get my courage up I'm going to try it in the shower.  Shocked Cry Shocked

Alysia, yes in using the element of earth to spiritually grow, love water and love gardening, was told that i have a green thumb, and of course with a little of love/reiki everything grows quite nicely.
I also used water in ceremonie of washing, lots of people knows about it in this area, just go to the ocean or anywhere there're water and wash you face/neck area and your hand wrist area and asking water to was everything/negativity etc away..it does feel good after.

Bets, wasn't there a diet fab year ago around 20yrs, that say having cold shower 3 times a day would help you loose weight..lol..well it did not work for me after a week i gave up and went back eating..lol
Yes, it was an habit/practice of the time to have cold shower, it's also considered healthy by the scandinavians and other swedish  in that area as a relaxing experience/therapie.
Don't know how long we can last under a waterfall/shower and try to do a retreival at the same time...lol... courage you have Bet and know you will do it.

Also First nation people (aboriginals) used sweat lodge; it a different process but the same principle, hot/cold to do retreivals and healing of ourself/yourself, it a very nucturing process.

With love, Romain

just adding one more thought about the many self healing techniques down thru the centuries..dance. in dance it can be with the natives or Indians, they did this around a fire and not always to get pumped up for war. it was also a way to call upon the gods for healing purposes.
in yoga positions is held the same principle of mind/body/soul union/healing principle, this way the body gets to participate in the affirmation of healing and it will follow what the mind tells it to do. and if u tell a flower how pretty it is (all of you who grow know this) the next day it appears brighter, fuller, more beautiful.
today a tiny humming bird with green color on its back flew into the glass and conked himself out. I gently placed a finger on his little head and we placed him on his feet in the dirt. I did my best now I'll tell you what happens if he lives tomorrow. somehow my daughter found a humming bird hotline!! lol!!  they reccomended sugar water but I was expecting a humming bird ambulance Roll Eyes

rambling again..love to you all.
