As you probably know, Black Panther's husband John transitioned a few months ago. She asked me to let her know if I ever contacted John again.  I wrote this to Irene a few days ago:

Yesterday I was just sitting staring off into space and thinking about a gal from here who shot herself in the head while I was in VA. She used to groom my Collie, Teddy. I retrieved her. While thinking about her, up pops John. I'm in C1 and my crown chakra feels like it's puckering. I told him that you want me to visit with him and he said he knows, that's why he showed up. I asked him what he's doing there and he said he's learning the ropes, so to speak. He's going to classes which help him in his spiritual growth. He said he's so proud of you. I asked him where he lives and I started to get a picture in my mind of a house, but all of a sudden I had a terrific headache and told him I had to leave. My crown was so energized that I guess that's where the headache came from. I laid down and took a half hour nap which helped. Then it totally slipped my mind til now. Now the back of my head is full of energy. John just said he's sorry he gave me a headache.  I told him it's OK. Now he's gone. Now that's cool.

Hi Romain,

I believe this is the first time I've gotten a headache from contact. I'm wondering if perhaps this is because I was in C1 the whole time and not in an altered state (like with hemi-sync). I've never gotten a headache when being in an altered state with either hemi-sync or Bruce's method.
