I just noticed I can post retro explorations here

would like to have more folks involved in when we do this PE so have a story or two for ya. its very rewarding. sometimes you might have a little shock, or a little BST crash. don't worry, its more fun than not fun.

The first time back in the 80's, I called it telepathy. I asked a friend to be the receiver. at a certain time on a certain day. I said I would give him a message. he was to get back with me what he got.  his name was Ron. I decided to give him the message that my first husbands name was Ron and isn't that funny?  this message was the wrong thing to send as, lol, let me continue.
the next day I asked did you get my message? what was it? he hemed and hawed and delayed to tell me. finally I got it out of him.
I kept getting my name Ron, and something about getting married?

the poor boy thought I was trying to marry him!!! lol!!!!

the first time I had a Partner to explore with:
partners are very special. you should like your partner for starters. they are blessings in truth. they sometimes tell you things you didn't know about yourself. I met a gal here 'bout 4 years ago. we needed a friend more than a partner I think. so we became fast confidants. I always had these feeling with her that we were celebrating friendship. one day I suggested we could do a PE as we both had read Bruce's books and were both doing already retrievals. so I set a date for 2 weeks down the road while we thought about it. we couldn't think where to meet so we decided to crash the party at the crystal...lol..for two weeks I thought an image of dancing with Lyn, to celebrate our friendship. each time I would image dancing with her I would put those feelings of being happy to have found her into the image. she was not a flamboyant person I could imagine would just start dancing for no reason, so I imagined that I would grab her hand and pull her onto the floor. I would wear a floppy hat and some flowing skirt. she would then know that I appreciated so much her correspondance to me. and all this would be at TMI because of TMI had brought us together in a way. the big experiment came and she emailed me the next day she had met the dancer and I had pulled her unto the floor and she said we were celebrating something, she knew not what. but I did! there was more that happened but this is the best part I wanted to share.

and so from that day forward I thought it had happened that way because there was PUL between us and love works so well when you do your exploring or your retrievals or any activity really. I have been reading The Guidebook about PUL. it is true, it opens up highways into the mind. so if you want to join in, you should make it a joyful thought of success and please don't discount yourself..we are all explorers one and all. its the effort that counts, not the end result.

heres one for ya Shirley since you asked for it   I didn't intend it, just happened, not sure what category to put it in, but since I was very close to Lyn, I did need to know whether we would continue exploring together a long time as I was more into retrievals and she was starting to wonder about concentrating on something else.

found myself sitting at my computer out there in the sky. Lyn was in the next room at her computer. the next room translated to location of Australia. a woman who PE's with Bruce once was Rosalie. this is who I thought the woman was, but at first I just took her to be a guide who was delivering a message from Bruce, since both me and Lyn were forum members I wasn't surprised.  Rosalie went into Lyn's room and took her arm and escorted her into another room and another project which I had nothing to do with. in real time shortly after Lyn becomes a fitness teacher and I was proud of her to help these older folk get fit.
after Rosalie (I apologize if I have the wrong name) came back in she handed me a note with two sentences on it of which I only remembered one word. it is hard for me to remember too many words out there. has to do with the way the brain deals with language and the spirit deals with symbols of a different nature.

so I'm thrilled to get a message from Bruce. she even tells me its from Bruce. the only word I saw which stood out as I'm reading it is NOVUL.
before she exits I ask after Lyn as I feel a sad feeling my friend will be doing something else and we may stop talking so often. she does not say anything about that and she is in a hurry. everybody I meet out there is very energetic in nature, to mean they move much faster, often zipping about.

next day I'm pondering the word NOVUL. I look in the dictionary. I post on the board what I got. several respond with helpfulness the meaning. it means something new, something novel, or even could have meant a book. I decided later what it meant.  I was supposed to do an exercise called NEW.
stands for new energy waves, or new energy ways.

when I did this exercise in detail I pulled my first all night retrieval of being conscious all night I was doing it.  I say all night because I don't remember going to sleep, nor waking up, but my body was on the bed when I got back in the morn.
