dream of business
Jul 10th, 2006 at 12:13am

Hi. didn't do the PE but instead I feel I met with the buyer of my house and she is a very nice person, perhaps more perfectionist than myself but I still like her.

our realtors don't allow buyer/seller relationship of personal kind, so I have to meet people in dreams to work out problems, as I am the kind of person likes to get personable even though maybe I shouldn't. Undecided   some background before I relate these type of dream meetings: I do this a lot.  we are selling our house and a buyer, Jennifer, came along and like it. she hired an inspector, he looked at our pilings under the house and said we needed some cement around them. the problem was the cost. $40k. Jennifer still wanted the house. its just that this is earthquake country in SD and cement is a good thing around your pilings, but the house is built in 1920 so its normal the way it is.
meanwhile our own inspector said the foundation was servicable in 2003. so we were crestfallen for awhile and could not sell our house to Jennifer if she wanted it fixed, we had no funds. we talked to our inspector and he agreed he made an oversight mistake but cannot turn this over to ommissions insurance plan to the tune of $40k. we found someone to fix it for $10k and then we turned it over to his insurance agency to handle whatever's wrong.

dream:  Me: I turn over the written plans complete with illustrations and consider it was hard work, I turn it over to my printer and receive it back. I look at it with joy, that it looks good, all my sweat paid off. but there is a tiny flaw. I decide to overlook the tiny flaw and settle. I suddenly see Jennifer, who I assume is her. we have some words about the tiny flaw in the printed document. she takes the plans from my hand and says she wants it to be perfect and does not mind the extra work to make it so. we get in a car together to drive over and pickup the plans to redo the job.

from this I learn later, Jennifer wants to chip in on the cost of reinforcement if need be because she really likes the house. I think I was telling her she doesn't need to chip in as the work down there is going to be so much less costly than we were led to believe. when people are in escrow, suddenly everyone wants a piece of the action..lol....

now, if I'm correct in my interpretation time will tell; sometimes I meet people in dreams and turns out its not the person I thought it was but someone else. however, this girl I met was as I imagined that Jennifer's character would be.

hugs, alysia

Hi Alysia,
Hope that all works out in C1 for you!
When you were dreaming of the plans, did you just sense they were 'houseplans' or could you see much on the paper?  You probably could!   There's a discussion on Snoopydoo's AK thread about reading while in OBE. I've never been able to read in dreams or when I tried to do Snoopydoo's exercise.

sorry I'm late to respond to your question dear light, I am under stress with my life! lol! I could get used to this kind of stress though...its a positive road all in all.

so u were asking about could I read within a dream? generally not, but have read a word or two on occassion and remembered it and benefitted from the memory. in the above dream, I generally recall feelings mostly. and the feelings I'd been having during the day also. I thought this paperwork was related to my buyer as I wanted to give her something, but would I be able to? to be of service to her. that was the feeling. the dream implied I was making, or she was making? too much out of something rather small. one of us was a perfectionist. not sure which. hope it aint me!! although as I get older, I do get more persistent. in dreams theres so much role switching going on, that its like the relationship is one thing and the other person is really you, and you are the other person.
I questioned whether what I offered was good enough. she grabbed the paper and said it was good enough but she would make it even better as it gave her a job to do.   now I'm sitting here thinking this might even be about my book...because I have illustrations in it. and it looked like it could be a manuscript.

good heavens...I wonder? will have to get back to you on this!  lol.  I wish I could dream just a little more clearly.
