This is an unscientific survey of this community, including non-registered guests.  It's just to get an over-all sense of our experiencing. Your identity, should you choose to participate, remains unknown  Cool.

Hi Betson
I have been having these dreams since I was about 12 months old and still have them. I am now nearly 49  Smiley

Hi Cathy,
Right, the poll question should be At what age did you >first< have significant dreams?
What you just shared is exactly how I wanted to continue the poll but I hadn't figured out how to fit it in the format. Thank you.

Do your dreams, the significant ones, wait a week or so after you do an OBE, retrieval, etc?  Does any type of consciousness seem to have precedence over another (other than our C1 wakefulness, necessarily)?

Thanks, bets

Hi Bets,

I had my first lucid dream at the age of 5, in response to a nightmare. Since then, many dreams, whether lucid or not, have been significant ones.

Hi Betson
I can't say that I have noticed any trends in my dreams,
My first memory of dreams was when I was about 12 months old like I said and I dreamt that my Teddy bear was broken, and I told my Mum . She showed me the teddy wa still intact , and I was OK.
I often dream of future events, and sometimes they are just little things or major events,
If I find in hindsight that there is a pattern I will let you know.
I actually love my dreams most of the time! Sometimes when I have been very stressed, I don't have clear dreams.
hope this is helpful to you in your poll
with love

Hi to the poll,
I also dream a lot and noticed that subconscious thoughts I have during the day or seen a movie or noticed an insignificant object will come back in a dream.
I journal my dreams and at the end I put a note about the things I recognize from the former day. I used to dream that I lost my way but fortunately I always found my destination. I'm not able to interpret my dreams although I intuitively know that there are messages for me.
Good luck with the poll.

I wish there were another option, "not yet".  I'm 43 now, so maybe it'll still happen  Wink
