I know there are many out there that wonder if this is all real or just a dream. Even when validation is given to us, some will still question it. Over the years I have been able to experience many OBE’s, retrievals, animal communications and (DEC and other energy) healings. My issue wasn’t whether the experience was real or not, it was whether I was going crazy or not, due to how real it was!

Having been gifted with all these experiences, a knowing now exists inside me. Bob Monroe and Bruce both speak of the importance of gaining the knowing, the personal knowing that all this is real. This knowing can only come from our personal journey.

There is a knowing I would like to share with those who are in the midst of their own journey’s, facing the fears and doubts that come from exploring and experiencing outside their current belief systems.

There is this energy, this power inside each one of us. This energy is like magic. Whatever we ask for, focus on, put emotions towards, starts the process of creation. This energy has a purpose and that is to create. It is guided by our beingness our consciousness. What we focus on consciously or subconsciously, this energy is working towards creating it for us.

Good or bad we will create. This creation process is a little slower in the physical realm compared to the other side. As many of you know, when you are in the other levels of consciousness you create instantaneously. This creation process is what causes a lot of people to become stuck after death. What they feel and believe will be created and created instantly. The same process happens here in the physical only slower.

So all of us are these powerful creation machines, creating all kinds of things whether we are fully aware of it or not. How do we control this creation process? We have to control how we focus our consciousness and our intentions. Remember, energy follows thought. How do we control our focus? By choosing what we believe.

What we choose to believe will control our thoughts, intentions and the focus of our consciousness. Ultimately controlling what we create. So controlling what we Believe or consciously choosing what we Believe will allow us to control what we create.

Long story short, it is our belief systems that cause limitations within our lives. It is what you believe that will allow you to experience. Limiting beliefs will cause you to create a limiting experience.

If your beliefs tell you that OBE’s and retrievals are not real than they are not real. If your beliefs tell you that this stuff is evil, than it is evil. So you see, what you believe, you will create. What is real to you may not be real to me. Reality is what we choose and choose to create.

Look at your beliefs, whether they are chosen or you inherited them, see which ones are creating the limitations in your experiences and change those beliefs, if you so desire. Free yourself from the prison you have created with your beliefs. What truly is reality, when our eyes are open or when they are closed, maybe both??

Bob Monroe said it best, that the greatest illusion is that humankind has limitations.

I am so much in agreement with what you wrote.  It is true as Spitfire said that someone who lost their leg cannot grow another one...

...YET. 

To everything there is a season and a time and place for everything under the sun, as has been said before.

How MUCH do we want to open our minds and expand our abilities?  Or would we rather FOCUS on our limitations? A person who would like to jump further than any known man has jumped before must first BELIEVE that he can.  He must practice and hope and dream and finally believe in some deep place inside of him that only he knows.

It is that deep place inside of us that only we know which is the place in which we can contact a MIRACLE and make it REALITY.
