Thank you for the link. I think it has terrific detailed space maps, with an excellent functionality allowing easy zooming for different views. I studied astronomy before, but didn't realize the abundance of educational information available on the internet, as well as how close the star Sirius really is to us in this galaxy. The Hubble images from the website I mentioned earlier should all be real. I've seen many Hubble pictures and all of them are very colorful and detailed. After checking other sites for Eagle Nebula pictures, I found an exact match here: http://www.noao.edu/image_gallery/images/d6/04086y.jpg
