I just had a mini revelation and I'm laughing at myself because I feel dumb. the imagination method I just found out is like dreaming, only you're wide awake. its therefore a perferable route to go than just relying on dreams for guidance and/or exploration, like I've been doing mostly. next step: the wide awake step into the blackness. I've been avoiding looking at the blackness because of the trait of impatience in me, or maybe a little bit of laziness also. both ways can work, but the imagination is the easiest to remember as the brain is involved more actively...my theory. love, alysia

Very similar, yes. And the bonus is that you don't have to fall asleep first, you can make more conscious choices about what and where you explore.
