Hi, this coming Sunday, i plan to meet up with a local meditation group that we sometimes join and ask them to focus part of their meditation on sharing/focusing creative-constructive energies with Vicky. 

  Anyways, would very much appreciate some of you joining us nonphysically/intentionally around this time.   We will be meditating around 10:40 am EST, but as most of you know, it doesn't have to be the same exact time as long as the intention is to be with that group and focus. 

  I previously asked Vicky's permission re: this and she ok'ed it.  Well, see yah Sunday or thereabouts. 

   Just wanted to say thanks to everyone who had participated in the Sunday meditation. 

    Not surprisingly, i perceived Romaine at one point--he "said" something to me that he had said to me a long while back when he was in physical and on the board--something that i had forgotten.

   Anyways, felt and attuned to a lot of PUUL. (extra "U" for Universal).

Thanks again for doing this effort for me, it's much appreciated.  I'm sure I'm feeling and benefitting from the energy and the PUL.  Even though I didn't specifically feel anything I know that it's real, it's here, and it always has a positive effect wherever needed. 

I'm so far doing pretty good, except for some gut pain once in a while.
