Title: Do you ever dream you are dreaming?
Post by isee on Apr 14th, 2013 at 12:42pm
Last night I dreamed that I was dreaming. I was convinced that I had woken from a dream in which I had been cooking for myself some "scrambled tofu" (in place of eggs - a vegan substitute) and even listed out the ingredients in my mind-dream. Supposedly, I had put in some sauteed onion, garlic, tumeric, etc. It seemed important to remember all the ingredients. Perhaps there was some vegetarian "bacon" as well.

Then, I dreamed I was describing my dream to myself and/or some family members. I had to make the breakfast all over again, and there was a lot of complicated interaction, memory overlays, etc. The old family home showed up, from childhood. My dream "mother" had three fridges full of food....

Funny. To be in a dream and convinced you were just dreaming.

Interesting Isee, sounds like an enjoyable dream and experience.

I've had dreams wherein i remember another dream in the dream, reference another dream i actually did have earlier in the dream, and the like.  These generally have been guidance dreams, from the very expanded levels.

But so far, not quite like your experience.

All the time! Lucid dreaming. Sometimes I have dreams within dreams. Who else has those experiences?
