Sorry I've already posted once ,"Being pulled out of body", but I am very anxious to start exploring and learning in the nonphysical world and would like to get out of my body as a start and then develope & train further ESP in the astral & etheral planes to bring that new knwoledge back to the physical world and apply it;since I'm not very good at doing anything with psi or chi yet or APing. If you'd like to know what I practice regularly and what not you can breifly skim my other post, but please I'd really like some assisstance getting out and possibly a trainer for a while.

Check out Robert Bruce's Mastering Astral Projection.  Its a 90 day book course, and I have read that it works really well.
