Title: Marking your favorite topics
Post by Lucy on Feb 3rd, 2008 at 3:58pm
Here is what I figured out about marking a topic I might want to track, especially if it has been moved to page 2 or beyond in the course of its history:

If you are logged in, if you are on the page for a topic (not the index page) there is at the top list of buttons, a button called

Add to Favorites

And if you click on that button, a gold star is added next to the topic title.

So I guess the flag here is a gold star.

Also, again if you are logged in, at the top under the Date and Time line, there are buttons to go to different places on the site. And one of these buttons is

My Favorites

And if you choose that, the board will give you an index of your favorites. You don't have to go to the last page to search for them if you have marked them.

Since this is supposed to be a place for asking technical questions, I wonder if anyone has a better or another way to do this?
