Please be informed that whenever a humanitarian crisis occurs, such as this catastrophic Earthquake, you can always help by donating to the international humanitarian aid agencies,  Doctors Without Borders  and  MercyCorps and UN's World Food Programme.

A reminder that whenever such natural disasters strike (which are always overseen at a higher level), whilst the extraphysical guides & helpers are busy assisting on the other side, here in the intraphysical, you can assist by donating through the various international humanitarian aid agencies.

In regard to the recent Tsunami disaster on Java (Indonesia) last week, here are the updates from two such international humanitarian aid agencies :

World Food Program

Mercy Corps

Links to the three aid agencies will be permanently (and conveniently) located on the top of my website here :

Middle East Crisis:

Fighting has displaced "hundreds of thousands of people," the United Nations said Tuesday. Mercy Corps staff in Beirut hope to begin distributing relief items such as bedding and cookware within days.
