I have a question about something commonly known as "sleep paralysis". A few months ago I came home from school early and took a nap on the couch. I was still awake but couldn't move my body, and I actually felt like I was leaving it! I kept getting up off the couch and moving a few feet, then I'd find myself back laying on the couch, where I had started. This happened several times on that one occasion. What exactly was behind it?
