How nice to find a section of this forum that is entirely devoted  to out-of-body experiences.

I remember that a few years ago I found one of Robert Monroe's CD series very helpful. Even though I was not terminally ill at the time and none of my family members or friends was, the 'Going Home' CD set, which is aimed at preparing the terminally ill and their relatives to leave this physical world, proved very helpful in getting me in the right frame of mind to somehow leave my physical body behind.

I cut your reply away from the old thread on which you posted and began a new thread for you.  This was done because one of the forum rules is not to add anything to an old thread which has been inactive for more than 6 months. 


I too have used the Going Home CD and really enjoyed it.  I think this is the one in which I had a very nice meeting with one of my spirit guides.  I'd have to search through my notes for the specifics of it, but I do remember how pleasant this CD was!
