Hello everyone.

Here's a new target for practice. This one recently vacated his embodiment and is just fine, e.g. no retrieval needed. He doesn't need a "rescue".

Our recently deceased individual for this week's run called himself Bob Schiller. Even if you had no idea who he was in life, he did affect the greater field:

I'd advise against selling yourself short on this, Vicky. You're very talented and skilled. Just because we feel we come back empty handed doesn't mean we did .... There's a certain "niggle" getting a "hit". That's the muscle we strengthen - our awareness of our actual abilities at work.

Thanks.  I appreciate you telling me this a few times and I do believe it's true.  It's why I keep working at it.  Like any muscle that needs repetition to strengthen it, this too needs the repetition of practice.  So I just keep at it until my confidence and results show my strength.
