To All,

This site is being spammed by "sandtap" and there are reports that some regular visitors are having difficult logging in. The Peer Moderator form at the bottom of each page can be used without logging in. If you are having trouble logging in please use the anonymous form. Iff you want me to know who you are put your username if one of the comment boxes.
