Can spirits reincarnate too soon creating  a "wanderlust" ) ;)
I know we go before the council and Mother  GOD (GOD is both male and  female) to chose our course  in ht next life. I recently met a man  that simple can't stay put he must be  continually on th move. Peraonally  I don't think he will find peace until the is back  "home" ::)

You speak as if reincarnation happens in a conventional way, where one incarnating self reincarnates many again.

Going by what I've been able to figure out, a higher self sends out many projections, numerous incarnations happen this way. Sometimes a particular projection will incarnate more than once, but probably not many times.

There is also the Soul Group factor, incarnational experiences are shared this way.
