Didn't want to start a new thread, but I was concerned this might get lost as the other thread progresses.

Don, Kathy, you'll relate to so much of this. Lots of credible stuff that coincides with ES, warns against the false information from channeling, advises against too much grief when loved ones die, etc etc. Even mentions spirit evolution.

I have been reading this based on your recommendation, and I agree that it has the ring of truth to it. I was especially impacted by the advice that Betty gives to not seek, but to receive as it comes and do with it what seems best.
