Raymond Moody and Paul Perry have co-authored a book ("Glimpses of Eternity") on a previously unrecognized genre of NDE--shared death experiences. I have not yet read the book, but the co-authors discuss the uniquely compelling evidence for this new genre on Youtube:

Perhaps such experiences are the most evidentially compelling type of NDE. On this thread, I will eventually share some dramatic examples I have encountered.

Has anyone here read the book? What do you think of the Youtube interview?

Thanks for the vid. I can't watch it while at work and will do so at another time.

If two people shared an NDE and one experiencer was more open minded than the other, would they experience according to what the less opened minded experiencer was open to?

I haven't read the book, but I have experienced some of the same things he talks about when I've been present in the room with someone as they've passed.

I've also heard the voices of spiritual beings calling to the person about to transition.
