Hi Alan,

On the peer moderator page I was told I have/ there was a "missing plug-in" and no place to write my 'peer moderating' comment :)iwhere i wanted to refer to the recent off-topic forum post that's not in English.

Is it just my settings that re causing a missing plug-in? I have been having computer trouble lately.
