Hi Allan,

I tried someone's Facebook link on their profile and it didn't connect me, just took me to a blank page.  So I put up my own Facebook link on my own profile and checked it and got the same problem.

Hi Vicky,

Looks like you are trying to input a URL into the Facebook setting in your profile.  You need to use your Facebook ID number.  Here is how to find your ID number:

To Locate Your Facebook SocialSpace Container ID
1.  Log in to Facebook.
2.  Click your user name to go to your profile page.
3.  On the profile page, click your profile photo.
4.  In the Facebook URL in your browser's address bar, look for the following, keeping in mind that your number will differ: id=123456789.
5.  The number after the equals sign is your Facebook profile ID.
