Hi  I had an experience all through the night,it kept making me wake up crying,someone last night kept slapping me really hard in my face,the pain kept waking me up,i'm not sure what this spirit was,soon as i went in my bedroom ,i could smell nausea in there.

its happened all night,everytime i went back to sleep,i was slapped really hard in the face,  i feel this was a bad spirit as i have not experienced this before

since i have got up this morning,it has left me feeling nausea,and not feeling well inside.

not sure why this has happened to me,it really hurt as i was slapped really hard in the face.

I feel that you should pray for and send love to this spirit, especially before sleeping, and surround yourself with those things that comfort you, things that smell nice and feel soft and nice, things that might comfort a child. Do your best to bring the spirit of love and innocence into your room, and see if that helps.

I particularly like essential oil spray (just water and essential oils of flowers and plants) in my room and on my covers before sleep. I also like very very soft stuffed animals, which I can reach out and touch. I also use salt lamps for evening light, which cast a pretty orange glow in the room, and serve as a nice nightlight when I need one. These small changes to my daily routine have brought a lot of pleasure and comfort to me. In the night I can reach out and touch something very soft, even with no animals for pets, and that is soothing. Although I still have birds and a fish for pets, there are no snuggly animals or people here. Still, my world is full of very lovely things, the presence of which do me good.

I find that our world has a loss of innocence, a loss of respect for the comforts that humans require to feel safe. I believe that whatever spirit is bothering you will either be soothed by these changes you make, or will simply leave.

hi b2 i have given out love to these spirits and things seem fine now,i somehow ,though it was a bit harsh feel spirit were trying to get my attention as i have ignored there existence for well over a year,mainly do to all the worries i had been going through,but now i'm finally listening to spirit and i was told by a medium that i have got to close myself down after comunning with spirit.

Once you open up to spirit ,your chakras are open and i do tend to forget about closing up my chakras,i remember once in circle,i had this little girl standing before me holding a little rag doll

that night a young couple had joined our circle and unbeknown to me there little girl had died,the little girl spirit was smiling and told me she wanted her mummy and daddy to know that she was ok and that she was happy and was with her grandma and granded.

i started to tell all in the circle of this little girl,what she looked like and of the little rag doll she was holding and also her message for mummy and daddy.

when i did this  the young couple were both in tears,they said that she was there little girl and that she had died, that they couldnt rest as they didn't know whether she was alone and scared,as they said that the little girl stood inbetween her mummy and daddy and i told them she was doing this and they held out there hand to her and said how much they loved her and then she faded.

after the circle had finished that night,when i had got home,i walked in,sat down and there she was standing in front of me,i just said. why are you here darling ,why have you followed me home,she looked scared,i said its alright,dont be frightened as i am going to help you home,i went into prayer to God and asked him to send spirit helpers to take her back to the spirit realms as she had lost her way and as i did this two beautiful white spirits came, held her hands and led her home.

when i told them what happened at the next circle,the medium said, you do not close down properley so i have got to remember to do this.

  I'm glad to hear that things have improved for you Juditha.  I liked b2's idea of sharing feelings of love towards this spirit(s), and i would also add that if you have any more issues like this, it might also be helpful to ask for help from that Being which has been called the ArchAngel Michael as He/It is an aspect of Source which is the protector par excellence.

First of all, I echo B2's advise about sending love and praying.

Second, Balance provided the below link to a book by a lady named J.M. Pardy. Her spirit guidance had her go through numerous experiences with unfriendly beings (either factual or imaginary) in order to help her find that she doesn't have to be afraid of any being who doesn't live according to love and light. I've gone through such a process myself, and so have others. So perhaps you are being provided with a continued opportunity to overcome whatever fear you might have. I believe it is possible that each soul needs to eventually obtain the wisdom that there isn't anything it needs to be afraid of.

On the other hand, there have been a couple of occasions where sending love and good intentions didn't cause a harrassing spirit to go away.  When this occurred I did something that some people might find odd. I started mentally singing "We love God, we love Christ" with the hope that this would make the harrassing spirit uncomfortable. In each case the harrassing spirit went away, even though sending love beforehand didn't help.

I don't mean to minimize the value of sending love, but if you don't feel like being bothered through the night, the approach I suggest might work. I believe we become really strong spiritually when we open up to the divine help that is available. Where does our strength come from?

Hi Juditha, I had a weird experience last night, very unusual for me. Although I have unpleasant dreams (which can morph into interesting and pleasant ones) on this medication I take (which I truly appreciate), I don't have 'wake you up' kind of nightmares....except that I did....last night.

It woke me up in the middle of the night. Someone was right, and I mean right, in front of my face and they whispered really LOUD, right in my face, HELLO. It was not evident to me whether it was male or femaie because it was a very very loud whisper. It seemed like it was in surround sound or something like that.

I actually reached out -- in my sleep -- to push it away,, and that is how I woke up. It was very unpleasant. My hands were reaching out wen I awoke, pushing it away violently, and that was my waking moment, how I was positioned, sitting up, when I came to consciousness.

When I awoke I realized nothing was there but my body had reacted to this experience, so I was rather awake.

So, I did what I advised to you earlier. I prayed for the spirit, and comforted myself a bit and went back to sleep.

I guess that is what they call a 'night terror'. Anyway, it seems to be gone now. But I can see how being slapped by such a thing would be upsetting enough to make you cry. I found this to be a very intrusive experience.

But, then again, maybe it meant no harm. It just felt creepy.
