We know that F 27 is part of Earth Life System (ELS). But what does it mean to be part of ELS? How differs ELS from, say Focus 35?

I heard an old radio interview with Monroe. He said that one of the most important findings of TMI is that all the stuff we do in the astral is mostly so called Local Traffic.

What does that mean and why did Monroe think the concept of Local Traffic was one of the most important things discovered?

Hi Pauli: I think Monroe’s greatest accomplishment was to take the hocus pocus out of the non-physical… he purposely didn’t immerse himself in existing occult lore and thus did not try to reconcile his thinking with it or it with himself… that was a good think, because most of it is quite wrong… but not all of it…

What Monroe re-thought from an experiential point of view rather than a correction of existing theory and lore was that f27 up to the f35 level (I don’t know the exact location  of the aperture and the emitter are concerned with physical plane schooling and learning and experience… the demarcation is the Mental plane… the creative stuff used to mold the physical world is pulled from the Buddic thru Adi planes… i.e.. through the emitter and aperture (Bruce Moen was taken through the Aperture so consult his quadrilogy)… on the other side of the aperture is the Celestial universe… (Swedenborg???)
