I know the one I got was by the Author J M Pardy, as I said I really liked it

I bought this book from Create Space so 20% of the proceeds will go to the author rather than amazon.com, and I believe it is a good read.

Much of it reminds me of me. Especially how the author's guidance had her go through all these experiences that let her know that she doesn't need to be afraid of unfriendly spirits.

She interprets some things different than I do. For example, when she speaks of some of her dreams, she believes she was interacting with the spirits of the people she knows. For the most part I believe that people appear in my dreams for symbolic reasons, rather than working things out between them and myself.
