I would like to add one thing. Atheists can:

A. Belive in a soul.
B. Belive in an afterlife.

Atheists just don't believe in a god. Such is the religion.

I would just like to say, that I am an Atheist, I do not believe in a god, but I certainly do believe that I own a soul, and that there is an afterlife.

In fact, most atheists don`t believe in either, but I do know a select few who do not believe in (a) God, however they believe in an immortal soul.
