I have read an article about the M Field by  Lauri Monroe:

The article states that "Acquiring the skill to manipulate M-Field energy is part of why we are Here."
Unfortunately, it does not offer any practical guidance.
Have anyone come across a specific method?
How is it different from Monroe's and Bruce's techniques?

I think maybe she is describing the interactive potential of Creation. The M field is everywhere, the etheric basis of everything. Creation/the M Field is potential that can be formed into new realities if the creating mind gets into the energy band that moves it.

In that article Laurie Monroe says:

If we all envision a future that exemplifies
unconditional love, compassion, and equality,
then we will attract and resonate with
frequencies that produce such a future.

or
If we all exemplify unconditional love, compassion, and equality, (those energies) then we will attract and resonate with frequencies that Create our thoughts of PUL, compassion, and equality.

So I don't think the basic idea differs from Bruce and Monroe's concepts, but it's being expressed in terms that relate more to the thought-activated characterisitcs of the New sub-atomic Physics.

You might check out the book  "The Field,'  by Lynn McTaggert.

I haven't read it yet but its reviews sound like/similiar to  what Laurie Monroe was describing.

When I remember correctly, RAM wrote about the M-Field as if it were the basic matter of physical reality (or even not only physical reality). He wrote that people who have learnt to manipulate directly the M-Field can do miraculous things (manifestations and such). In an interview with him (I think it's on youtube somewhere) I think he said that our incarnation into the physical is a great training in manipulate the M-Field, as we do this with every physical action. Apparently he held it for possible to manipulate this field without using our bodies. But a method to do this I haven't heard of. TMI has offered telekinesis courses, maybe there one would learn more. And Joe Gallenberger is regularly offering his Vegas-casino course, where they try to influence dice.

We can say we don't know the means of activating the field, but we know that fear keeps people from the experieence , and we know PUL is the opposite of fear. If you read Bruce's works, you will drop the fears and reservations. That's the beginning; then ....

When exploring, amp up the PUL vibes!  I've fond that we can break through into higher vibes / further subtle bodies/ and then soar more freely into higher realms. Just keep that love-vibe all across your system--head, heart, and solar plexus; (don't let it puddle down into the first chakras like we so often do in the physical.)

The power of PUL is no secret! Yet only about five people from this site have ever met me above the astral. It is so wonderful up there --I cannot for the life of me figure out why more of you don't seek it out more. Many are so close to reaching it !
