Hi everyone.I have a bad knee and hip,and I cant exersice.untill I asked my higher self for help.I now have a workout that I can do to get bulging musles,just by laying on my bed.I ask for a uper body workout,and I feel my body tighten up,like a drawing in,now after a few days my arms and shoulders chest are solid as a rock.now im going to start on the lower part of my body.I dont get around to much,but after doing these exersicers I have a feeling of well being.Strange how the mind works.any thoughts.George

I think that is great George. It's all in the mind. I see people busting their butts all the time for what? A few maybe 5 more years, but research I've read recently shows that our hearts are made for quick exercise like running from bears and alligators and not endurance. I just try to keep up with my little dog and that's good enough for me.

Trying to keep up with the dog is the key word; sometimes i feel like he's taking me for the walk not the other way areoud.. :(

I`d like to share something with you. On my recent travels I have come to experience a great deal of "mental capability" of the higher Self in terms of healing etc. Matter of fact its simply amazing what you can accomplish by becoming in-tune with your "HigherSelf".

What I am referring to in this sense is Pranahealing. I met up with a few european scientists whom are involved with Quantum Physics and George, all I can say is "WOW"! Some of what I had heard, learned and witnessed has literally knocked my socks off, to where I can only wear pantyhose now.   ;D

We not only live in energy but are truely "energy", all-round. Your head, hands, your heart, your little toe, your beautiful eyes ;) (might I add) >> All Energy.

So just think what you could do, when you are intune with your HigherSelf and remotely change things for the better, knowing that you can. Thats what you are experiencing right now.

KEEP GOING, your doing great! Ps. However I warn you. Having the top portion of your body "rock solid" is great, however the lower part of your body, you need to be careful that not all parts are rock solid all the time (This could be very painful for a man after a continued while)  ;)

I think Nanner is onto something.  Write down the technique, copyright it and market it to compete with Viagra (for the lower rock solid effect).

I'd rather see an advertisement on TV for getting in touch with "higher self" than one of those Viagra ads any day of the week.

You can have the wife or girlfriend say "wow, when you talk to higher self, you really get a solid response!"

I shouldn't joke about higher self like that.  It doesn't work that way, really.  Its just a phallacy.

But seriously, George, higher self can change you for the better.  I've heard of people using this kind of intent to help their vision and other physical ailments.
