I read a few of these experiences out of curiosity about what a "retrieval" was. As I understand it, from the context, it is releasing a spirit that is "stuck" on our plane of existance. If that is wrong, someone correct me, please.

It provided an explaination for several dreams I have had in the past and not understood.

your understanding of retrievals sounds excellent!
And some souls are conscious of previously doing retrievals which they remember as dreams. (Many dreams are memories of afterlife contacts of various sorts.)

Reading Bruce's explanations and other shared examples help us to learn and avoid surprises which might interrupt our attempts at retrievals. So if you feel like sharing any of yours, you'd be helping out alot of souls who can learn from your examples.
