Can't look at the Sun? I been hearing this a lot lately. I stare at the Sun all day long and I've found my eye sight gets a lot better when I do.

Hearsay is usually Bogus. You know what you can do and that's what's important. Look and Albert and Dude's travels--they got it going on.

Beau, are you being serious? What time of the day do you stare at the sun, and for how long?

There is an ancient yogi practice called Sun Gazing, where one stares at the sun during its rise and set. This is suppose to heal and promote spiritual awakening. I was doing it a few times a week last summer, but now that the weather has turned to sh!t it's more difficult.

I haven't researched the matter of sun gazing; nevertheless, I don't see myself doing so anytime soon.

I do it whenever I feel like Dude, I swear. I've never had a problem. I squint a tiny bit.
