A solid understanding of Focus 10 would seem to be in order for a good experience in OBE.

Beau, thanks for the link. I found the article and related posts most interesting and, I hope, useful (time will tell). Being a left brain type, I think that if I understand things intellectually, it will help. I'm sure that's often wrong, but it's interesting stuff anyway.

Is the Astral Pulse website worth spending time exploring? I have enough trouble keeping up with the postings on this site, but I do welcome other good sources of information.
