Hi All: Successful o.b.e. attempt in this morning's session... this is the third time the wake before the alarm goes off worked to produce an o.b.e.:

10/14/2009: Morning session –

I heard the slam…

That means I was o.b.e… in the conventional way. I didn’t stay o.b.e. it all begins with the up before the alarm goes off technique… you are not quite awake but you stay up even tho you want to go back to sleep… one goes into session… getting close now… all the practice is paying off… my o.b.e.’s are coming closer together… this one began with having been in the dream world… began the session with GW – discovery disc 1 ~ track 1 and 2… focus 10… clicked out… a person I know as the controller is informing everyone there is an extra fee… I am watching him talk to others as I work on some electronic equipment… he comes to me… then he changes into Gary Grant… I realize he is not who he says he is… then, begin to get the vibration… I am back in C1… in session… I message an intent to get the vibrations to intensify they do… then I hear the SLAM!!!... I know I was o.b.e.. but, I don’t have the sensation of being out of body… I realize I was momentarily out of body… when I heard the SLAM!!! but, when I become aware of being out of body I revert to in-body… the shift of point-of-consciousness is subtly out of my grasp… the tightrope… I keep falling off the tightrope but, I fall back into my body… this was borderland… the four steps are 1. 100 % relaxation… check; 2. Quiet the monkey mind… check… when I got that I when hypnogogic, then, dropped into the dream mind… 3. be able to shift p.o.c… Got the SLAM!!! 4. must have psychic energy to maintain control o.b.e. somehow the psychic energy thing is eluding me… oh, well the way to Carnegie Hall is practice, practice, practice…  ;D

The way I experience the non-physical World, I haven't experienced a slam like sound in a while, even though about a month ago I heard a sonic boom. There have been a couple of other occasions when I heard a sonic boom. 

I wonder if on some occasions we hear noises such as slams and sonic booms when we open up to a new level of being, and once we've done so, it isn't necessary to keep hearing the sound.

Hi recoverer: Very strange developement... in my afternoon session I became aware of a complete change in my energy body structure... I am not advanced enough to see the change... but everything feels quite different... no obe in the session but everything is different... as for sounds... once some years ago I heard a witches cackle... I knew then about the hag... but, at the time I didn't know it was a sign I had projected... :-?

I've gone through a number of odd energetic experiences. It can be a part of the process, depending upon what a person is trying to achieve.  By odd, I don't mean bad. Perhaps I should've said interesting instead of odd.

Evening session:  It is not clear yet to me what is going to happen as I now go forward with a wholely different energy field configuration… but, these sessions are very different from anything I have experienced to date… everything runs smoothly and like a purring engine… I seem to be going in and out of some kind of phasing shifts… not clear what the states are... using gw disc 1 and threshold focus 12 guidance… at the end of the session I saw a city in a crystal floating in an atmosphere… it was a flash… I assume the streaming images are going to gradually make these images last and let me explore them eventually….  :)

Hi All: The Slam marked a big change for me and I now believe I am on my way to great things in the work.

10/15/2009: afternoon session –

The plot thickens ~

I dropped more quickly than usual into the focus 10 state…. Then, I got a sudden falling sensation, I did a body jerk… that means I was o.b.e… still have the p.o.c. in my body and not the real time energy body.

What is happening is validating Robert Bruce’s description of the projection process… a standard o.b.e. as opposed to the Monroe phasing technique… what works is what works… so I felt distinctly what I believe is the inner projection stage… I became aware of my expanded energy body… separating or better said… individualizing…

I am very close now, it is just a matter of time and practice and I will be able to do this thing at will, consciously going forward…

Patience and perseverance is what is called for now.    :D
