But....Yesterday I had a dream about something stupid (Can't remember) but then I "dreamt" that I woke up from the stupid dream and got up out bed and started to do dishes in my kitchen. (I'm a Virgo so sue me...)

But something told me to look at the clock and i saw that it was 7:27am on the dot.

I suddenly woke up for real this time and looked at the clock...it was 7:27am.

Is it possible that I left my body and wandered into the kitchen? ( there were a few dishes in the sink still lol)

And the reason I wanted to look at the clock subconciously because it was some sort of proof that I did leave my body?
I know I'm kinda all over the place here so please help me.

Kind of sounds like it could have been to me. By the way, some of those stupid dreams are the most important ones to learn from. Remember to write them down if you can and go over them later. Good job Supermodel!

Thanks Hawkeye! I said I was going to start writing my dreams down.

Sounds very similar to an experience I had.  I got up out of bed (really early in the morning), went downstairs to get some water, could not turn the light on (no matter how hard I tried, the lightswitch would not work), after becoming frustrated, I suddenly bolted awake in bed.  I think this may have been a spontaneous OBE and it sounds like you may have had one too.

See I tried to wash the dishes in my sink but couldn't do it. Wow!!!!
