Countless planes exist, gradually leaving the realms of form and becoming more and more filled with a Loving Light/ Consciousness. The terminology we mainly use from our site's host and his major teacher, Bruce Moen and Robert Monroe, is "Focus Levels' for non-physical planes. Despite differences in terms, all mystics and afterlife explorers experience the same realms or planes. At the top of this page above the blue band is some information that will give you a better idea of what's happening here.
