For the past few nights I have my comferder pulled of my bed,and left at the foot of my bed.That things pretty heavey.But this morning I was hit on the arm,and a voice said,just having fun.and again that coverer was on the flour at the foot of the bed.Ive got to do something about this.But what.George

If it's upseting you just explain it to the spirit when you feel it's near you and if he/she decides won't leave. Pray for your guides asking for help.  It's good if you do your pray at the same hour everyday, this way your guides know when it's the best moment to act and help.

It's just somebody who is "lost" but doesn't want do realise that.

Or, you could nail your comforter to the side of the bed, or to the floor...right after you get in bed.

See if that pesky spirit can deal with that.

Of course, that may not be an ideal solution, long term. But it would be pretty funny, I think.

Maybe you have RLS.

My wife and I have had a spirit mess with us while we were sleeping as well.  It seemed to have negative intentions.  I expressed that I did not fear it and mentally told it so, and since then I haven't had a problem.  Express yourself to it with authority and you will be fine.

Yeah you should just state strongly that you don't want to be messed with or for it to leave permanently. Showing strength usually works for things like that. But not always.
